I got the interview with a legal staffing firm. I met with an HR rep. and took a typing speed test and a document review test. I spoke with the hr rep and the director of paralegals who asked me why I wanted to work in law.

Involved first an in-person interview (approximately 45 mins long) asking various motivational and competency questions and second, a writing exercise section that involved both a letter-writing and situational judgment component.
Straight Forward questions, asked about experience and why I would want to work here, how I work on a team, what my availability would be, can a work under presssure, how do I feel about travel

The interview is basic. Interview ask behavior questions and qualification questions. the behavior ones are like why you are interested in this field. qualification ones will be what you learned via prior education or experience
