I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kirkland & Ellis (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
There was an initial phone screen with a recruiter that lasted about 15 minutes. Then there was then a short proofreading exam. I heard back about three weeks later about the second round. The second round was two separate interviews with people in the department. Heard back within 24 hours
The first round was a phone interview with a recruiter. The second round was two interviews with the program manager and other Junior Paralegals. Got an offer less than 24 hours after the second round interviews.

Interview
I applied online, received an email of interest within two weeks, and then had a 3 person interview with senior paralegals at the office. The interview was conducted over zoom and each lasted about 20 minutes - very conversational

- Do you have any applicable prior experience, tell me about it
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kirkland & Ellis (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Proofreading test, phone screen, and in-person interview with about 7 employees. They all immediately asked me if I had any questions and continued asking me if I had questions. Obviously you never say you have no questions, so I asked a ton. They barely asked me anything about myself and spent the whole hour answering what I asked and talking about how hard the position is and working at Kirkland.

Question 1
What was a time you had to deal with conflict working with a team? Do you want to go to law school? Why do you want to work at Kirkland?
