Assessment centre in January. Three parts – written exercise, group task, and Q&A. Everyone was friendly, and seemed to aim to get a sense of candidate’s personalities. No task was overly difficult.

The process consisted of two different written tasks- one was a lender agreement analysis the other was an inbox management task. There was also a group task and two partner interviews.

Positive day, the tasks were simple enough. We had a group exercise where we debated which characters was best to run a company and then a written exercise ordering tasks.
