The first interview was a phone screening from an HR recruiter at KP.
They asked about my previous work experience, explained the Auditor role, travel commitments, and potential compensation range. I was sent a link to a personality assessment I completed.
The second interview was with a technical VP named Randy, who had me walk him up and down the tech stack and answer questions about potential risks to each layer and the controls you'd use to mitigate the risk. At the end of the meeting he was very clear that he doesn't like to have people guess, and he was giving me the "thumbs up" to leaderships for the next step.
The third and final interview, the recruiter arranged for me to fly to Nashville, TN (they arranged everything) to meet with a Director and the COO for lunch. They conversation was more about your approach to working with others and how you can overcome conflict. At the end of the lunch, they extended an offer that I happily accepted.
