Kit Check interview questions

One technical Interview followed by a panel interview with two engineers. The technical interview was about creating a backend service based on the requirements. The panel interview was more about DB system design, and debugging a bug in an web app.

I did the initial application and didn't hear back for weeks... finally got a response that said they were moving in a different direction with better candidates that applied... yet the the position is still up months later.
