Kit interview questions

The interview process was very professional and well-structured throughout. Communication was always timely and clear, which made it easy to know what to expect at each stage. Everyone I interacted with - including the recruiter, hiring manager, and broader interview panel - was not only highly professional but also genuinely friendly. It made the entire process feel welcoming and enjoyable, rather than stressful. One highlight was the take-home assignment, which was a thoughtful and engaging challenge. It was complemented by access to a guest Slack channel where I could interact with the team as if I were already working there. That stood out as a great way to both collaborate and get a real sense of the company’s culture and ways of working. The full process took around 8 weeks, but the pacing felt right, with consistent progress and touch-points every week. Overall, a very positive experience.
