The interview process was really great one of the 3 managers interviewed me. Asked me questions about my work experience, life goals and talked about topics of interest. And that was it she said they would call the next day if I got the job and behold they called me the next day with a job offer.

Really easy, just asked about previous experience. It seemed as though they just needed help with the cash register and I was eventually moved up to sales associate. Everyone was really welcoming and answered any questions I had. I was given responsibility from day 1 and it gave me the opportunity to move up and earn commission.

Interview
I went in person to Kitson to ask if they were hiring. They were hiring and told me to leave a resume and that they'd give me a call as soon as possible.I got a call to come in for an interview the next day. It was a group interview with one of the keyholders. Pretty typical retail interview if you ask me. The next couple of days I got a call asking for a second interview with the head manager.
