Management gave me the application to fill out and she stepped out. Then when I was done, the CEO walked in and interviewed me, typical questions about previous jobs etc. Since I had worked for one of his competitors, he knew I had factory's information. He never mentioned the job description, so I knew right there he was not interested but it is all good. 2 days later management called me to tell me that our interview went well, gave me an offer and that she was already working on an offer letter (which I never received), but she needed the name of the factories I had worked with, right there I only mentioned a couple of random names, then she ask me to send her a list. I did not feel comfortable sending her a list of factories of my prior employer was using, so I told her I could not do too much on the computer due to my lasik surgery I just had. 3 days later I followed up with her saying that I had not received the offer letter, then she said she really needed the list so they have an idea what job to give me. I asked her for the jobs descriptions, she sent emailed them over to me, and kept asking for the list of vendors, I replied back saying it was not ethical from my side to disclose this information at this moment, etc...Then I never heard back from her.
Management was being too pushy asking for the list of vendors via phone and email and I was already feeling very pressured. At this point I already knew I did not want to work for a company like this. All this time they were lying about the job offer, all they wanted from me was know the name of the factories my previous employer was working with....Can't believe they are so unprofessional!!
