Process included 5 rounds spanning over 4-6 weeks (April-May 2023): *Applied online, request for Interview less than 1 week after applying 1. 30 minute phone screening 2. Writing assignment 3. Zoom interviews with 2 different department managers/leadership 30 min each 4. In person interviews/company tour with various higher up department and adjacent department interviews 5. Scheduled 30 min interview with CEO as final step but was cancelled on their end. Was told Ceo wanted to revisit the job description. Job was reposted later with same description except added requirement for science degree/background that was not part of the original JD which welcomed degrees/academic background in English, writing, literature, social science, education, child development, etc...
