Interview
This was the most efficient interview process I’ve had. I applied on LinkedIn, recruiter reached out for availability, phone screen on Tuesday, interview on Thursday, offer on Friday. Interview questions were solid and realistic scenarios and questions about my thought process. Benefits and salary was discussed and were above average. I’ve been here for 2 weeks and I love it so far. I can’t wait to duplicate this experience for my candidates.

One of the worst recruiter phone screens I’ve ever had. The recruiter hiring for the role could not be less interested or enthusiastic. Felt robotic and not conversational at all. I left the interview completely uninterested in the company

The manager seemed very disinterested in getting to know me from the start of the call and acted liked she was doing me a favor. Doomed from the start, get it together.
