      I interviewed at Klaviyo

      Had a poor experience right from the start. After applying, I was notified it would take roughly 2 weeks to get back to me. Sure, no problem. Companies can get busy. A week or so later I got a response from a recruiter to schedule an interview. It took another week for them to tell me they moved me to a new recruiter. The new recruiter asked for some times and scheduled me for next week. Great! Interview day rolls around and they cancelled 10 minutes before and asked to reschedule. By the time I had my interview, the job listing was already taken off but we still went through the interview. I’ve already lost interest in the position at this point but went ahead anyway. I asked if it was still open because I didn’t want to waste either of our time. The recruiter I spoke to was monotone the entire conversation and was not enthused about this opportunity at all. Needless to say, it took another week for them to let me know they moved forward with a different candidate. TLDR: Poor experience with the initial process. Huge red flag for candidates looking to join a company.

      Question 1

      I don’t remember anything significant questions from that interview besides the generic screening questions. The recruiter wasn’t great.
