Interviewing for a job can be a nerve-wracking experience, but my experience with Klaviyo was anything but. From start to finish, I had a great experience that left me feeling positive about the company and the people who work there. The best thing about the interview process, though, was the opportunity to meet the wider team. Unlike some companies where interviews are conducted by a single person or a small group of people, at Klaviyo I was able to interact with a variety of different people from different parts of the organisation. This gave me a much more comprehensive sense of what it would be like to work at Klaviyo and helped me understand how my role would fit into the bigger picture. I came away from my interviews with Klaviyo feeling incredibly positive. The questions were relevant, the follow-up was great, and the opportunity to meet the wider team gave me a much better sense of what it would be like to work there. If you're in a hurry to secure a job, you should be aware that the interview process at Klaviyo can be quite lengthy. In my experience, the process consisted of seven stages that spanned over a period of +5 weeks.
