Interview process was 3 phased. Started with a zoom call with the recruiter/HR professional to vet the fit and convey job benefits. Second was a meeting with the engineering manager around my competencies and experience and thirdly was an interview with senior members of the prospective team to vet skills and experiences based on common functionalities of the job role. There was also a task given, where some statistics were shared and the candidate asked to come up with a strategy to manage customer conversation and expectations
