Interview
The interview process included several phone calls (unofficial interviews), and one in-person interview. I was fortunate to have been recommended by a colleague and have direct experience with a competing firm. The interviews were simple verifications on the things they have heard about me. No technical questions, and no clear personality questions. They may have asked personality trait questions but they were just to confirm things they heard through the wire.
