It was a simple interview with basic questions. I interviewed with two mangers they read the interview questions off a sheet and recieved an offer the same day. The interview was very laid back and I felt very comfortable.

Describe a time when you handled a tough customer situation
interview was easy, went through 2, one was through the phone and the other interview was with the manager. it was an easy process, the questions that were asked were basic questions.

Great, very welcoming, loved the space I would interview there again. 3 step process, I met with the CEO of Kmart it was amazing such a blast. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to work at Kmart
