applied online , got a phone call for interview. went in, was interviewed by hr then store manager. was hired on the spot. did a drug test couple days later. started orientation couple days later. began working like a week after being hired.

interview was easy, went through 2, one was through the phone and the other interview was with the manager. it was an easy process, the questions that were asked were basic questions.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kmart (Bankstown) in Sept 2024

Great, very welcoming, loved the space I would interview there again. 3 step process, I met with the CEO of Kmart it was amazing such a blast. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to work at Kmart
