Applied online for a new store in my area, got accepted into the group interview with 90 other people at my session and then there were 4 other sessions. 9 other people on my table and everyone was competing to be the best i could tell.

If you were on a dessert island what items would you take?
Interview process was fun and engaging , consisted of a group interview and solo interview after. Both were engaging and solo interviewer asked good questions. Activities in the group one was great, allowed to express our confidence communication and teamwork
They invite you in, read over your resume and then proceed to ask you some questions - all teamwork and skill related. May get group interview depending on the store
