Interview
I applied in store through their hiring kiosk and was called within a week to schedule an interview. First I met the Store Manager and discussed my availability and pay, she then asked me a few questions about myself. i.e. what do I do for fun, do you have any responsibilities outside of work, what motivates you to improve yourself. etc. She then told me I was to have a 2nd interview the next day and told me to bring my social security card and ID. Upon returning the following day I met the Assistant Manager and there he brought out the packet filled with the generic hiring questions and scenarios and wrote down everything I replied. Questions were like, "Tell me a time where you worked as a part of a team and things didnt go as planned, how did you resolve the situation?" "How would you respond to an angry customer?" At the end of the packet he smiled and offered me the position right then and there.

Interview
Drug Test, lot's of questions about what kinds of experiences you had that would help you in the role if you've never worked as a cashier or have a non existent resume
It was mostly online, and about an hour long. You have to fill out a lot of questions about how you feel about topics (mostly pertaining to work ethic and integrity) along a spectrum. Then you do a video-game like interview where you pretend to interact with customers. Finally, you interview in person.
