Interview
The interview process was relatively fast. First, I had a basic interview with the HR lead. This interview seemed like it was intended to make sure everything I wrote in my application. Then, I interviewed with the ASM. These questions were much more situational (STAR method) but none was too difficult to answer. The final interview was conducted with the store manager and the purpose of this interview was to make sure you were a good fit.

Describe a time where you had to address multiple responsibilities at once.
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
