Knapheide interview questions

Easy interview, basic questions about work history, type of welding experience, professional references ect. Interviewer was very polite and professional. Interview took approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Interviewer was ready promptly at scheduled time.

First screening is done through Actalent and is very chill and more informational about the company. The interview was a pannel interview with 3 people. The questions pretty standard Star method questions pair with walking through resume.
