Hiring process seemed easy difficulty level. Question were pretty straight forward and easy if you have worked with distributed services. Its easy to crack Knewton. Feedback was pretty quick for initial rounds, but in person feedback where I was said "No", they played the classic hide and seek. Finally on follow up I was rejected and when I requested some constructive feedback, I was told they are looking for someone who worked in Ed Tech. Well my only complaint with Knewton why did they waste my 10 hours if they never wanted someone with my background. All the best Knewton and I hope you do better job with filtering the candidate to start with.
