I applied a few months ago and received an email from a recruiter looking to follow up for an interview. I replied immediately and never received a response. For a top rated employer, it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Interview
I was contacted via email that I had been selected for a phone interview. The phone interview was extremely casual and it felt like we were having a relaxed conversation.
Questions were not out of the ordinary, focused on past work experience and present skills.
Afterwards, was sent a link via email to a few different tests. There was an IQ test, aptitude test and a Scientology 200 question test.

Interview
Pleasant - more like a conversation than an interview. I was interviewed over just a few days and given updates on the process as it went along. I turned in my resume, was called the next day for an initial phone interview, then scheduled a face to face meeting. I was impressed by the consideration given to me as an individual. I was placed according to where I would do best and be happiest as opposed to where there is the most need for admin. I had two people interview me, and met a couple other people I might be working with to meet me and explain the job roles.
