Typical Role play but still hard to replicate a real meeting with a customer and you are doing it limited information. They do try to help out as much as you can. You can tell the VP on the call had done a lot of these and maybe had a lot of things going on that day but seemed to not want to be there. In my summary of the information gathered before they started the role play they said I captured everything but the piece that knocked me out during the role play in my opinion contradicted the information I confirmed during the summary.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (Clearwater, FL) in Jan 2026
Interview
I recently completed the interview process with KnowBe4 for an Account Manager role. It was a very well put together vetting process that included an initial phone interview, aptitude/personality test, and zoom video call/role play with the hiring manager. They really take the time to get to know you as a person and professional.

I received an invitation for a first interview less than 24 hours from applying. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Received my offer letter within 5 business days from 1st interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (Clearwater, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
It was pretty straightforward. I interviewed first with HR and she was very kind and made me feel super comfortable and met me know what to expect next and that I could even call/text/email with any questions…pretty cool. Then I had a zoom meeting with the department head, who was also very cool, and personable! All in all, it was a pretty easy process and I was kept up to date the entire time.
