Known interview questions

I interviewed with Known and was told I would receive an update within a couple of days. Unfortunately, I never heard back. I followed up twice with the recruiter but did not receive any response. At that point, it felt like I was effectively ghosted, which was disappointing. The interview process itself was fine, but the lack of communication afterward was unprofessional. Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews, and even a brief follow-up or rejection would show basic respect for that effort. Overall, this experience left a negative impression.

The process included an initial pre-screening call followed by two Zoom interviews, with additional rounds beyond that. While I appreciated learning more about the agency, I found the process to be quite extensive and would have valued greater transparency regarding my progress and how many more rounds were left. Ultimately, this led to my decision to withdraw completely.
