Interview with principal and panel of teachers on that grade level. Pretty easy process if you know what you’re doing. Principal recommends you to HR and HR does the hiring.

The interview process was in front of a panel of principals. The questions were normal teaching questions. Experience, Engagement, Communication, Scenario based. It’s very hard to get an interview however there were some times I just got rejected from a job I interviewed for the same day. There are also jobs that I never got email had been filled.
