The process was very fast pasted. They were looking to hire someone fast. The interview was great The training was fast. Very nice people to work with. I interviewed with the controller, the accounting team and the CFO. I was comfortable with the interview process and the group interview. I left my previous employer to advance in my career. It was scary leaving my previous job after 10 years. In the end the job and culture were not a good fit for me. I appreciate the opportunity and the new skills that I have learned. I work with some really super nice people. Interviewing is a scary process because you have to sell yourself to the company. I interviewed with a great group of people and they made me feel very comfortable
