The recruiter called me and talked to me for about 30 minutes. She asked he question regarding my background and if I am fine with salary, locations, etc. She also asked 3-4 behavioral questions like " How do you handle a confilct at the work place?" I have heard back from them after a week.

I Had a phone call for pre-screening. Just general questions regarding my past experience and why this position. I went for 20 mins. But was not selected for another round.

After the online application, invited to a phone interview with a recruiter. It took less than 30 mins, asked about behavioral questions. The questions were random and not connected to the next question. Looks like the recruiter was not focusing on the interview.

Quick and smooth interview with a panel of 5. Mostly behavioral-based questions, with few technical ones. Overall, a great experience and you get to learn a lot about the company as well. The interview is usually a multi-stage interview and you get to meet different individuals.
