Kochar Group interview questions

Interview Process is simple for the people and the company is absolutely worthless. I will use the term "Unprofessional and Unethical" for that company. Never go attend an interview for this. Don't ever dare to join the company even in your dreams. Process is 3 rounds - Screening, Technical round -phone and last round with the so called owner of the company "Jitender Jain" or as the employees says "JJ" .. 1. Technical round - pretty easy , general questions about your profile and day to day job responsibilities 2. Round with the owner - He did not ask me a single question about my profile or strategy or other related stuff. Instead, he asked me to poach my from my current organisation. I mean what.? How could he?It is totally unethical! Then he "insisted" me to tell negative things and shortcomings of my current company and my manager(Then). He kept on asking me the same unprofessional things even after I said that this is unethical and not professional. I had to literally stop that interview in between and told me that I was not interested to work with you. After I left, HR rang me up for the offer Letter, which I declined and told about the attitude of the boss/owner (Who took flight from Amritsar to Gurgaon just to interview me (Told by the HR) ) I don't want to pass any comments about the owner/about the company. Just wanted to share my experience. Everybody is better judge of his/er own future! Good Luck!
