I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kodify in Apr 2018
Interview
I was invited to interview with Kodify after submitting my resume, brief questionnaire, and cover letter to them. The interview occurred over four stages. First I spoke to a recruiter who would be a central point of contact throughout the rest of the process. They wanted to know a little bit more about me and speak to me over a video call.
The next interview was with some members of the team who I would be directly working with. This was similar to the first interview. I felt I could be honest and open with them and get my questions I had about the technology answered before I was delivered a technical challenge to complete in my own time. The technical challenge itself wasn't too challenging and the goal seemed more about my thought process and how I write code.
After that I was given a final interview where we discussed my solution, the choices I made, and a technical interview was conducted which easily pushed the boundaries of my knowledge. The whole experience was quite pleasant, those conducting the interview were professional and attentive throughout. It wasn't until afterwards I discovered the volume of applicants that are being processed. Because during the interviews nobody seemed tired or annoyed in the slightest. I'm very impressed, that led in part to my decision in accepting the offer.

Question 1
What experience do you have working remotely as part of a team?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kodify in Dec 2021
Interview
Initial 30 min overview with recruiter, general tech interview, a tech test which was nice as was an existing code base with a number of fixes / improvements to be made. I prefer this approach as it is clear how much work is expected to be input. And a final technical interview.

Interview
Pretty solid interview, and coding exercise, you get a project you have to finish in some days that covers all aspects of their vertical stack. Create unit tests, adjust the front-end, store tracking data in the DB, etc
