Kognitive Sales Solutions interview questions

Had one short interview with a recruiter and was sent an offer letter, which I signed. The company asked for a background check, which I completed promptly. I did not hear back from the company for over a month, after they requested that I do the background check a second time. Upon the second check, they rescinded their offer.
