Kohler Credit Union interview questions

The interview process was fairly simple. I interviewed with the branch manager and an HR representative. It was a pretty causal conversation that started out with them asking where I was from and why I wanted to work there. It then moved into more experience based questions.

Although I had already been doing the job, but without the title or extra pay, I still had to go through the internal interview process. Interview questions had absolutely nothing to do with the position or your job experience. Interview was held in branch managers office, by the branch manager. Shortly after my interview the manager was let go. After she was let go HR called and had the current Head Teller tell me I didn't get the position. This is NOT something the Head Teller should have had to do, HR should have handled that better and told me themselves.
