This was at Cheltenham, Kohler Mira. They invite you to an open day just to go over the role which can already be found in the job description when you apply. Most of their team during the open day seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, and just kept looking at each other to speak up (They seemed quite new to this). Overall, it did seem like waste of potential candidate's time, I didn't learn anything extra except what their office space looks like which was like any other corporate offices I have worked at..
