Disaster! Talked with a recruiter who moved me to the HM. The interview was scheduled and they asked for the last minute of the day of the interview to be rescheduled. Was canceled for no reason the day of the interview with the excuse that they made an offer to another candidate while the job shows as being reposted 3 days ago. Sounds to me that if you are a female candidate over 40, you are disqualified due to your age and experience. Will be hiring a lawyer! Stay away from places that discriminate candidates. Red flags!!
