30 minute phone interview. Recruiter talked 85% of the time. Wastes your time and then ghosts you with no response. Recruiter mentioned speaking with the People Director and would reach out within a day for an update, heard nothing back. Sent a follow up email and no response. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to candidate time.
