Primero fue una entrevista grupal con personas de otros países, la entrevista fue dinámica y la entrevistadora fue amable y comprensiva para quienes no hablamos el inglés como primera lengua, después los que pasamos la entrevisa realizamos una prueba de diseño pagada de tres días y días después tuvimos na llamada para recibir feedback. Recibí el pago por mi prueba y aunque lamentablemente no recibí una propuesta me gustó la experiencia.

It was fast and easy, everyone is really friendly and easy to talk with. You need to be short to talk about yourself or your experiences, otherwise it will slow everything a lot.

I summitted my application, and after few days I was given a test project and Invited me to the next process , the interview are processed via videoask.com and the interview is very not similar to the other interview because you can answer the question either video or text form and its very new to me, and that makes the interview more easy and make it comfortable with the future employees
