Interview
There were 3 rounds, and it was pretty simple. Round 1 was a phone screening. Round 2 was behavioral and focused on your resume and previous experience. Round 3 was technical questions related to your role, but nothing too difficult.
After applying through Glassdoor, they emailed me to schedule an on-person interview. I spoke to the head of human resources. We chatted for a few minutes, and then she gave me a tour of the facilities. After meeting the Plant Engineer, they called me a few days after to see when I could start.
