I was reached out by the recruiter from the company and asked to fill in the form where I needed to input all my info from my resume and answer some questions related to security and company's vision. I've sent the filled document within a couple hours and never got a reply that week. The next week out I received another testing task by the same recruiter (the email address, as well as contact number, were not provided), I have answered long essay-topic questions and sent it back to the recruiter and since then never heard back from them In my opinion, the company just gathers the ideas via test tasks and never means to be respectful for the efforts their candidates put into accomplishing them. They don't even bother to reply, which is a sign of absolute ignorance and bad working ethics. I can not say it bothers me a lot, but having such an attitude at the very beginning, I do not think I would ever want to deal with this company as a candidate, employee or ever partner.
