Kootenai Health interview questions

If you use to work at Kootenai and want to come back don’t bother. You’ll get an interview and think everything is good and they want you back by asking your availability, but they will just ghost you and treat you like you are in the wrong for leaving in the first place. There’s better places out there.

Great interview process, good questions, good communication from management. Interview took only thirty minutes and felt comfortable. Asked about previous experience, what qualities I bring to a team, and how I navigate working in a fast paced environment. HR took awhile to extend an offer but was okay waiting.
