The interview process was thorough and one of the best I've ever been a part of. The company recruiter was amazing — she provided extremely clear expectations on what each part of the interview would cover and how I could prepare properly.
I had 4 interviews altogether: an initial call; an in-person interview with the recruiter and COO (for culture fit); a group interview with several people I'd work with if I got the job; and a final, informal chat with the COO and CMO.
Each interview was distinct and served an obvious purpose in vetting me. While I had the normal stress that comes with the interview process, the company did a great job to alleviate that stress by making each step of the process as clear as possible.
