I applied for a position on June 3, and got an interview invitation on June 4, only 1 day to get the invitation. The interview was great, the hiring manager is nice, and friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Korry Electronics (Everett, WA) in Feb 2026
Interview
A brief 30 min introductory chat with the hiring director followed by a "chapman personality assessment" where they asked illegal questions about age, race and gender. It seemed promising until after the online personality test that according to peer reviewed research is as accurate as an astrology horoscope.
I applied online. I interviewed at Korry Electronics (Everett, WA) in Jul 2025
Interview
After applying, the recruiter reached out to me with some pre-interview accounting/excel questions which take some time to complete. Depending on how well you did on the questions, you’ll (maybe) get a 30 min first-round interview with her.
The second round of interview was with the controller, which was 30 mins on Teams. The third round was in person with 4 people in the accounting/finance department, around 45 mins EACH with those 4 interviewers. My interview went on for about 3.5 hours IN PERSON.
Because the “big boss” of the department was out of town that day, I had an additional 30 min interview with him on Teams. Because this was a 3 week (almost a month) interview process with 4 rounds of interview and received positive feedbacks from everybody, I was hopeful that I had a good chance of getting an offer.
However, over a week of no response later, I had reached out to the recruiter just to be met with an unsympathetic automated rejection letter.
I will not recommend applying to this place and I have dodged a bullet by getting rejected.
