I am a fresher CA. My profile was shortlisted by a consultancy firm. Then I was called for an interview, which was done for close to 50 min. by Sr.Manager. Then, I was called for second round by Dept. Head and a VC by Regional head. I was selected but, pay is less when compared to other banks.
It was easy and can be cracked easily with a little bit of preparation , it took 3 days for whole process and it was pretty quick. Last round was hr round

Telephonic interview with 4 stages. First three stages by CA working in the bank (Credit Division - including Zonal Manager) and the last stage of the interview is HR level
