At first two very lengthy and detailed, getting to know you interviews, wanted me to let my guard down and get too comfortable. 3rd and last interview was supposed to be technical. Interviewer talks about himself for 15 minutes, Then hits me with an over the phone trouble shooting situation about a "no internet" problem. I gave him all the troubleshooting experience I had dealing with failed connections, it was really a rare POE, power over ethernet problem, I was supposed to solve in theory, with no diagnostic tools or hands on, a real tricky and hard to come by problem for a failed NIC.
