The interview process is segregated into 4 steps: 1. Simple Coding and SQL test( Based on JS and SQL) 2. VIVA 3. VIVA 4. Final VIVA You have to turn on your camera to give the written test. Then you have to attend the VIVA.
- After the basic written test, you will get viva. There will be 3 steps in VIVA: VIVA 1: The fundamental difference between let, var From two different tables, they have asked for left join and from a table, I have to implement the Self join from one table. There are a number of basic JS, SQL, and Database related questions VIVA 2: Sub Query and JS object-related questions VIVA 3: CV-related and project-related questions.

The total interview process was very good, mainly questions asked from DBMS. The interview went on for more than 20 minutes. Questions were concept oriented, deep and knowledge based. One must prepare accordingly.

6 rounds. Apti, GD, 2 rounds of technical, HR. The company most works on .Net. So Apti will have ASP.NET questions. There will be a GD on ALM. In office, u will be taken technical interview, programming and database.

They took technical interview. They asked in depth technical questions. The variety of questions are also high. Questions are from C#, SQL and different logic implementations. I liked the interview and the way they were handled

Aptitude test followed by Group discussion followed by Technical Interview where they asked five questions. in GD they arbitrarily gave a topic from Value ethics and profession, each person had to speak for 4-5 mins.

Interview with the CEO/Management at Kovair for a Sales/BD Leader position. The CEO was unprofessional and rude and it was clear he has little to no knowledge about how to effectively build revenue growth within a territory or with necessary/relevant channel partners. Typical unprofessional Indian work culture, consisting of missed phone call meetings, fake promises, shoddy website, rude emails on weekends, lack of integrity, ego-centrism/"stuck-up" attitude.

Moderate: Apti, Programming, Communication, F2F Technical 1, F2F Technical 2, HR, Offer Letter, Joining Letter, All gone. They recruits though college/university only for freshers in general. Nothing to say more. Best place in kolkata to start career with as a freshers.
