I interviewed at Koya Leadership Partners (Boston, MA)
Interview
It was only an initial phone screen. It would have been a multiphase process had I stayed in it. Conversation was warm, welcoming, informative. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward in the process but there were no red flags for me.
Spoke with Koya team a couple of times. Then met with a panel at the hiring organization, then another senior team member. The process was fine - Koya shared interview questions before, and they offered feedback at the end of the process. Koya ended up making excuses to buy time to interview other candidates and then rejected me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Koya Leadership Partners (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Recruiter driven process for a large Chicago nonprofit org. Recruiter said certain answers/materials provided by candidate wouldn't be shown to organization but when I entered the room each of the search committee members had my emailed responses on the desk in front of them. Shoddy work.
