An Talent acquisition person contacted me, we had an online interview to speak about my experience, my role, my expetations and other administrative (1st HR) questions. Overall easy experience, friendly and reachable. They mention that they will give my profile to the manager but there would be some PTO and things might get delayed 1 weeks, I contacted them for any feedback or next steps 2 weeks after that, but I never received a follow up message, Easy process, I understand the overwhelming amount of profiles to check, but they lack more clarity on the follow ups or next steps. Sound like they are still setting up in that office and managing the recent restructure.
