Step 1 - Raven test Step 2 - 15 min Skype interview The lady who interviewed me was 7 minutes late to call me, didn't apologize and asked me a few random questions (sorry, can't remember). Seemed like she was tired, I'm sure she had done several interviews before me. Step 3 - 2x 30 minutes interviews The first interview was really nice. Was interviewed by one younger female who seemed interested. She followed a questionnaire but asked the questions in a natural way. The second interview of the day was with the recruiter I interviewed over Skype and another lady. I'm not sure whether the first one was conscious on her approach or not, but she remained rude. The other lady asked the questions straight up from the questionnaire and didn't seem too interested.
