Interview
It was a skype interview where they tried to determine your personality, not too much emphasis on details or skill. The interviewers were very pleasant and welcoming. The interveiw wasn't too long and it was more of a conversation.
Interview begins with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. This may be followed by additional interviews with other members of the team or executives.

2 rounds of interviews with 2 different interviewers. People first culture shone through. Prepped with the company values. It was only medium hard because it felt like a chat. Questions about situational, behavioural etc.
