I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
After completing a game, online test, video and Skype interview, I was invited to an Assessment day. The assessment day had two parts. The first part was an interview (pretty similar to the skype interview questions) and a group exercise where we had to plan the launch of a sauce and consider the sales, marketing, finance and operations. We then had 5 minutes to present. After this is lunch where you can network with the current trainees. After lunch, we were split into two group (different rooms) where we were told that we go through to the next round or to go home. Around 30~40 people attend and they kept 15 for the next round. The next round is the panel interview. There are 5 executives and 5 candidates in the room and they can ask a variety of questions.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in May 2020
Interview
Video interview (AI assessed - generic questions), followed by Skype interview with a current trainee (relaxed, informal chat-style interview), then another Skype interview with a senior leader. Final stage was an assessment centre conducted virtually - group task about salad cream given (info is given 24 hours in advance) where we each had to take on different roles e.g. marketing, sales finance etc. and make choices as a group and present our product idea. The second half of AC was an interview with two senior leaders, was quite tough & seems they were looking for someone very resilient who seeks lots of responsibility.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Amsterdam) in Jan 2020
