Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter. I waited almost two weeks with no response. I thought I would prompt the process by inquiring on the progress. The recruitment manager got back to me and asked me to send my driver's abstract. Once he had received it, I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager of Kraft. We spoke and conducted the interview. It has been a week since the interview and I have yet to hear anything. I feel like the whole process will take over a month before any conclusions are had.

I went through about 5 interviews. A screening process by an HR company, and several internal ones. There were also a few questionnaires I had to fill out and tests to pass.

Interview
The interview was for a new position that was located in New Jersey and it was with four of their managers. Two managers that were suppose to be there either left or did not show up so, they had two other manager fill in. Each Candidate had 30 minutes of time with each manager. I was contacted by a recruiter firm and first had a phone interview then the face to face interview. I was told that I should hear something within a week to a week in a half and it has been almost a month and still have not heard anything either way. I sent a few emails to the recruiting firm and haven't heard anything back from them either.

The interview consistent of multiple meetings and interviews with the sales team and the senior leadership. The process started over the phone and progressed to multiple face to face interviews
