First round the recruiter called and asked basic questions. Second round the hiring managers and production manager asked more technical questions for about 60mins. A week later I received a email indicating I will not considered for the next round.

Four rounds of interviews- two phone screenings, a one-on-one with the hiring manager, and back-to-back interviews with middle and upper management on the R&D side. Everything was done over Zoom.

The process took a long time. I initially had a phone interview that was very general. I interviewed on site with 4 groups of managers. They asked a lot of open ended behavioral based questions, "tell me about a time when you had to…" The managers didn't show much emotions during the interview so it was difficult to tell if you were on the right track with your answers.
